Hosted by Rho Lambda Zeta Chapter in beautiful SeaTac, Washington, we are excited to welcome Sorors, Zeta Amicae, and honored guests for an inspiring weekend of leadership, fellowship, and service from October 2–4, 2026, at the Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel & Conference Center.

This year's theme, celebrates the resilience, excellence, and collective impact of women committed to advancing the ideals of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. Together, we will strengthen our leadership, celebrate our accomplishments, engage in meaningful service, and continue building a legacy that empowers our communities throughout Washington and Alaska.

Rho Lambda Zeta

The Rho Lambda Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is honored to welcome Sorors, Zeta Amicae, and guests from across Washington and Alaska to the 2026 Washington/Alaska State Leadership Conference.

Chartered in the City of SeaTac on September 22, 1999, Rho Lambda Zeta is the sixth chapter chartered in Washington and the fourth graduate chapter in the state. Known affectionately as RLZ, the chapter has a proud tradition of servant leadership, community engagement, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.

As the host chapter, Rho Lambda Zeta is excited to showcase the beauty and hospitality of the Pacific Northwest while creating a conference experience that inspires leadership, strengthens our bonds of sisterhood, and leaves every attendee feeling welcomed, empowered, and renewed.

Z-HOPE Service Project (Sunday 8am)
Support our 2026 Z-HOPE Initiative Community Baby Shower by helping us provide essential baby items to families in need. We invite every attendee to bring a new, unopened baby item to conference as we celebrate new beginnings, strengthen families, and build brighter futures together. All donations will benefit the Tukwila Pantry, allowing us to make a meaningful impact in the local community while living out our commitment to Service.
